A rabbi recognises the French Revolution as a problem for the West

In my books at bibleprotector.com/prophecy you will notice that I identify the movement known as Infidelity as the root of Modernism and various false ideologies today. This fact is known (more or less) by believing Protestant scholars (there are not many of these left).

The great break that the Infidelity of the Enlightenment got was the French Revolution. While English-speaking societies resisted the Infidelity of the French Revolution, it slowly seeped into the English-speaking West more and more, so that since the late 1960s it basically took over. Just look at the social revolution of circa 1968.

Now Rabbi Sacks (in the video) does identify some of these facts, and indeed sees that the godless approach (as manifested through what some Christian Fundamentalists term “secular humanism”) has indeed usurped a place in our society and culture, and is an enemy ideology which is now dominating Britain and America.

This also explains why many so-called Conservatives have shifted away from a Biblically-based worldview to one based on Enlightenment error (e.g. the philosopher J. S. Mill).

Libertarianism is the enemy of traditional Christianity. “Now the Lord is that Spirit: and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty.” (2 Cor. 3:17). It didn’t say that liberty was with the philosophers or with the rabbis (see 1 Cor. 2). The Christian Gospel is the solution to the problem Rabbi Sacks (in the video) identifies. The Christian Gospel says that the Jews who are now dimly aware shall be turned fully to the Christian Gospel. “Nevertheless when it shall turn to the Lord, the vail shall be taken away.” (2 Cor. 3:16). They will understand the truth clearly and interpret the Scripture correctly when the vail is removed.

Don’t go to the Leftist Modernists for Bible interpretation

A Modernist Bible theologian was given a run in the media recently (Australia’s Channel 10 and ABC) because she promoted the view of the Left.

Another way of saying it is that the Left and Modernism back each other up. In her article about Bible interpretation which was subtitled “the Bible isn’t meant to be read that literally”, she took every opportunity to reinterpret Scripture with a Modernist bias.

For example, her article says, “Reading the Bible to determine the shape of contemporary marriage is not an easy task.” In other words, she is willingly seeking to redefine the Bible in the light of her present day beliefs. She writes, “Much of the Bible was written 2,500 years ago, when family life was very different.” Really? In 483 BC, the last of the Old Testament was being written, and it says,

(MALACHI CHAPTER 2.)
14 Yet ye say, Wherefore? Because the LORD hath been witness between thee and the wife of thy youth, against whom thou hast dealt treacherously: yet is she thy companion, and the wife of thy covenant.
15 And did not he make one? Yet had he the residue of the spirit. And wherefore one? That he might seek a godly seed. Therefore take heed to your spirit, and let none deal treacherously against the wife of his youth.
16 For the LORD, the God of Israel, saith that he hateth putting away: for one covereth violence with his garment, saith the LORD of hosts: therefore take heed to your spirit, that ye deal not treacherously.

Sounds like normal family life was going on. It’s pretty clear God wants husbands and wives to love each other.

But Modernist theologians want to read in their present day values into the past. “Most likely, Jesus’s concern in speaking against divorce was for the vulnerable place in which it left women, given they could not usually earn their own money or inherit.” Pure speculation! It is a contradiction to Scripture to assert something it did not say.

But this leads to an important controversy. A woman theologian attacking a woman pastor. The theologian says, “Indeed, if Ms Court applied the literalism with which she reads Genesis to the whole of the Bible, she’d find herself in hot water, since 1 Timothy 2:12 explicitly forbids women teaching or having any authority over men. This kind of culturally bound ideology is precisely why biblical scholars and mainstream Christian churches do not adhere to a literal interpretation of this ancient and diverse text.”

Notice how the Bible is smeared as an “ancient and diverse text” meaning “irrelevant and inconsistent”.

Actually, 1 Timothy 2:12 does not “literally” explicitly forbid a woman from teaching a (i.e. any) man, it in fact says that a woman shouldn’t be teaching her husband (i.e. domineering her husband). That’s pretty different from what is being interpreted as a supposed “literal” interpretation. Otherwise, we would have to ban lady teachers at colleges and universities. So, obviously the Scripture is to be read literally. And if literally in Paul, then literally in Genesis.

Why deny that the Bible says that God created or that there was a great flood or that Sodom was destroyed? That’s literally what the Bible says. Yet when a person who has the Leftist Modernist interpretation which changes everything to suit the desires of sinners, then they are given a run in the media as if they are right.

“Woe unto you, when all men shall speak well of you! for so did their fathers to the false prophets.” (Luke 6:26).

Identifying the rod of God and Dugin’s claim to be a prophet

Western nations should be aware that Russia’s leading political genius, Alexander Dugin, claims to be a prophet. In his “role” as the grand Russian prophet, he has called that NATO should be destroyed.

The Bible explains what is going on in the world today.

“And in the latter time of their kingdom, when the transgressors are come to the full, a king of fierce countenance, and understanding dark sentences, shall stand up.” (Daniel 8:23).

Certainly, it is possible for a person have have prophetic gifts. But what power is Dugin utalising to see and proclaim his vision of the future?

Mr Dugin is in fact promoting a Dark Enlightenment, which means, to turn back to pre-Enlightenment, pre-Modern ideas (e.g. traditional religion).

Now, the “dark sentences” of Daniel 8:23 carries the idea of obscurity.

“I will open my mouth in a parable: I will utter dark sayings of old” (Psalm 78:2). “A wise man will hear, and will increase learning; and a man of understanding shall attain unto wise counsels: To understand a proverb, and the interpretation; the words of the wise, and their dark sayings.” (Proverbs 1:5, 6).

In all this we see it is not bad to understand dark things, because there are things of God which have been hidden or little known for many years.

We can become understanding people, people of knowledge, by being opened to the Bible and connecting to the Spirit of God.

Orange Order promotes King James Bible only

The Orange Order are an old Protestant association which arose in Ireland. Here’s a quote from the Belfast area’s magazine from 12 July 2003, “Today as the 1611 King James (Authorised) Version of the Holy Scriptures remain the only version of the Holy Writ not to be contaminated by the scourge of ecumenism and liberalism, modernism and syncretism, may we be moved – individually and collectively – to cherish and obey its teachings, and hold fast to our own Laws & Constitution which state ‘only the King James (Authorised) Version (is) to be used within the Loyal Orange Institution’, so that we may loyally serve the King of kings and Lord of lords.”

Let’s hope that all Orange Order people are not going back on this King James Bible ONLY standard.

Antiochus Epiphanes 3.0

There was once an evil king named Antiochus Epiphanes. He hated Jehovah, but loved Jupiter.

History repeats itself.

There is a sinister Russian political character named Alexander Dugin. He is against Protestantism, but uses the astrological symbol for Jupiter to represent his “Fourth Political Theory”.

“The thing that hath been, it is that which shall be; and that which is done is that which shall be done: and there is no new thing under the sun. Is there any thing whereof it may be said, See, this is new? it hath been already of old time, which was before us.” (Ecclesiastes 1:9, 10).

Antiochus was in Syria, which is under Russian protection today. Rome was against Antiochus just as the West is against Dugin.

No wonder Dugin is against Francis Bacon, because Bacon argued not just for repetitions in time, but germinant fulfilments or cycles of events, that the later is worse than the earlier!

If you study the Book of Daniel in detail, you can learn about three fulfilments to Daniel chapter eight. Find out for yourself, but reading the book, “Multiple Fulfilments of Bible Prophecy” here: bibleprotector.com/prophecy.

Fending off enemies on all sides

People say that Australia is slowly dying, they sigh about the way in which we seem to be heading. The Left-wing machine now has overrun all institutions, including media, education and government. It is having a serious impact onto conservative and traditional community organisations, political parties and churches. Basically, the Left has won.

Today many people won’t speak out about issues because they are afraid to be labelled “Right-wing”. Good people wonder what can be done, now that they are gagged and bound from saying and doing their patriotic and Christian duties.

The Left hypocritically talk about tolerance and make a big deal about freedom, but all the while they deny us, the good citizens, the right to express ourselves and pursue our visions.

This dreadful state of affairs did not come about overnight. It came because it first gained a secure foothold in France with the French Revolution. The Enlightenment, with its war against God, is at the root of today’s Leftist tyranny.

In the 1960s, the Vatican had shifted from being a pro-conservative organisation to a pro-liberal organisation. The same change was evident in the culture throughout Western English-speaking society. We went from a conservative and traditional Right-wing victorious nation to a Left-wing quagmire. Things have been going downhill since.

When the Berlin Wall fell, and when the USSR collapsed, Russia began to turn into a ultra-Right state. The Left-wing garbage in Western nations has kept them from having any real resolve to deal with Russia. And so a new form of post-modern fascism is on the rise there as headed by Alexander Dugin.

In order to deal with the Russian threat, we need to also begin to deal with the Leftist threat within, which is worse than a “fifth column”, but is more like a “sixth column” which encourages apathy in the face of Russian aggression.

The moral bankruptcy within and the inability to seriously deal with problems without are the product of the years of the Left’s corrosion of our religion, nation, politics and culture. The only real solution to this is Christian Exceptionalism. This means a resurgence of Christianity and patriotism. It means waking up from the current stupor and taking responsibility. The Left rule because we didn’t stop them: now we must reassert ourselves and stand for what is right.

“Blessed is the nation whose God is the LORD; and the people whom he hath chosen for his own inheritance.” (Psalm 33:12).

“Righteousness exalteth a nation: but sin is a reproach to any people.” (Proverbs 14:34).

“I AM sought of them that asked not for me; I am found of them that sought me not: I said, Behold me, behold me, unto a nation that was not called by my name.” (Isaiah 65:1).

Geopolitics: God rules the land and sea

Russian demagogue, Alexander Dugin, has virtually made a religion out of the conflict between global continental land power and global sea trading power.

The whole notion of “land power” is nothing but a Russian version of the Third Reich, because, according to geopolitical theory, Eurasia (as ruled by a belligerent Russia) is the central heartland of the great world island landmass comprising of Africa and Europe-Asia. Like that old plan of Czar Peter the Great (now said to be false), if Russia can control Egypt, it can control the world. Today, we know that a stream of trade passes through the Suez Canal, so Egypt is an economic prize for choking “sea power” in geopolitical terms.

But none of this is new.

9 Remember the former things of old: for I am God, and there is none else; I am God, and there is none like me,
10 Declaring the end from the beginning, and from ancient times the things that are not yet done, saying, My counsel shall stand, and I will do all my pleasure:
11 Calling a ravenous bird from the east, the man that executeth my counsel from a far country: yea, I have spoken it, I will also bring it to pass; I have purposed it, I will also do it.
(Isaiah 46:9–11).

The Bible has predicted everything about Russia, the Russian leader and their ambitions. We read about Egypt in Daniel and in Ezekiel 38 & 39. It is clear that the Russians will get that far, and will go into Israel.

Now, is “sea power” evil like Dugin implies? Or is he in fact fast coming against God and His people by rejecting the sea-ward English-speaking Christians?

First, we find that the ships of Chittim are to come against the Eastern Antichrist power. On that basis, the Russians would definitely want to reject “sea power”, which is their enemy.

Next, they would want to reject the power that came against Russia during the Crimean War, i.e. the Protestant British Empire. As Sir Walter Raleigh said, “he that commands the sea, commands the trade, and he that is lord of the trade of the world is lord of the wealth of the world.”

Again, the leading thinker for American naval power, Alfred Thayer Mahan, wrote a Christian book, “The Harvest Within”. Another reason for Russia to both fear American naval power AND their religion.

And again, “Then thou shalt see, and flow together, and thine heart shall fear, and be enlarged; because the abundance of the sea shall be converted unto thee, the forces of the Gentiles shall come unto thee.” (Isaiah 60:5).

So it makes sense that Dugin would want to make war against “sea power”, because he can make “land power” equal to the self interest of Russian imperial domination.

The Russian retreat

THE SHIPS OF CHITTIM

In Daniel 11:30 we read that as a precursor to the events described in the rest of the verse and the rest of the chapter, that the “For the ships of Chittim shall come against him”.

This means ships in the Eastern Mediterranean. Now, we have had the news full of a story about 59 missiles that were launched from American ships onto Syria. That mighty hail also has affected the Russians, who are in and backing Syria too.

Potentially this could relate to another Bible prophecy soon at hand, “Behold, Damascus is taken away from being a city, and it shall be a ruinous heap.” (Isaiah 17:1b). Prolonged warfare can do it, like Aleppo. But then there are other options and other players.
